Gay Hookup Spots In Nj

Painted - Piers Gaveston

Somehow it has driven me to paint the Lord again. With the old image of two years ago, I was always unhappy and so I turn yesterday set again.

Piers Gaveston , first Earl of Cornwall, was - as King Edward II of England - Born in 1284, probably on 18 July. (My guess because http://www.british-history.ac.uk/report.aspx?compid=37971, footnote 10)
Piers (nickname Perrot) was Gascon, so - so funny it may sound today - the English, because the Gascogne at the time over the English crown. His father was Sir Arnaud de Gabaston (Gabaston or Gavaston was also the place where the family lived), a soldier in the service of King Edward I of England. Piers' mother's name was Clara Monde de Marsan and it is reported by some sources, it was burned as a witch. Perhaps this was one of the reasons why there were always people who Piers suspiciously as evil "magician" or "sorcerer" eyed ...
He was the second son of his parents, the oldest was Arnaud-Guillaume , the last name of his mother - de Marsan - led. The younger Brothers were Gerard and Raimond-Arnaud , sister Amie .

Together with his father stepped piers at the age of 16 years, the royal household, where he distinguished himself by his excellent and virtuous behavior such that the King made him an example of his own son, Prince Edward , and explained it to him therefore presented by return, hoping for a developing friendship.
Prince Edward was delighted with Gaveston, who was known for his wit and insight, well versed in military science and military strategy, and in spite of good behavior, of which the king was so impressed with a certain Degree of disrespect, had the expressed, among other things in various nasty jokes about other nobles. He was a very enjoyable young man and probably it was very refreshing and varied for Edward, that he treated him like a normal person. He showered his new friend with honors and gifts and had known that he loves him like a brother.

Gaveston was also a close friend of Roger Mortimer of Wigmore and was appointed after the death of his father to his guardian. This was a very great honor, since the guardianship of such a property normally a nobleman, was transferred and Piers also not yet 21, which itself was not of legal age. Another indication of the high pieces that were both Edward I and his son Piers.
King Edward I. Piers was really very happy - but it started after a while the very close relationship between the knight and his son failed to fall. That may seem odd, since he even accelerate in the hope that a friendship that his son had imagined, but had to do with Gaveston status it considered somewhat low for such a close friend of a prince.

really pissed he was on Piers when he, along with 21 other knights (including Sir Roger Mortimer) 1306 after a campaign by the English in Scotland Army deserted and went to a tournament in France. The guys thought halt "by campaign, from the fun" ...
furious the king declared the possession of all deserters as forfeited, issued arrest warrants for them and told them traitors. Piers and his colleagues therefore asked Prince Edward, with his father in a good word for them to insert (to be no wonder, since declared a traitor, was then even less funny than it is today). He did so and enlisted the help of his step-mother Queen Margaret that begged her husband to forgive the young men yet.

Langton verkündigte es auf Knien: "My lord King, I am sent on behalf of my lord the prince, your son, though as God lives, unwillingly, to seek in his name your licence to promote his knight Piers Gaveston to the rank of the Count of Ponthieu."
Berichten zufolge brüllte er zurück: "Who are you who dares to ask such things? As God lives, if not for the fear of the Lord, and because you said at the outset that you undertook this business unwillingly, you would not escape my hands!" You wretched son of a whore! Do you want to give away lands now? You who have never gained any? As God lives, if not for fear of breaking up the Kingdom, I would never let you enjoy your inheritance! "While he herumbrüllte, he reached for Edwards head and pulled him from a handful of hair, then threw him to the ground and stepped on him , until he himself was completely exhausted. (Does anyone remember the "black bile of the Plantagenets," which I mentioned earlier times?)

King Edward gathered then the Lords to a parliament in Carlisle and told them Gaveston banished. This should be more of a punishment for his son than for Piers, whose leadership perfectly for the most part completely was. Therefore, the king granted him a "pension" while he was out of the country. He forced Edward Piers and, moreover, that they see each other again without his permission would never be - for the two who were at the time already madly into each other, of course, extremely painful. Piers set sail to France - loaded with innumerable precious gifts of the Prince.

When Edward I. died in July 1307, the new king called his "Perrot" back and presented him with the county of Cornwall, which had been originally intended for the second son of Edward I, Thomas of Brotherton .

Soon after he was recalled, arranged Edward II Piers' marriage to Margaret de Clare , I. Edwards, a granddaughter and sister of the Earl of Gloucester, who was another good friend of Edward and Piers. The wedding took place soon after the funeral of the old king in Berkhampstead, the good Queen Margaret's place, and served as a pretext for various feasts and hunts that have been followed by similar diversions at Kings Langley in Hertfordshire. In addition, the king held a tournament in honor of Gaveston from Wallingford Castle, which he gave Piers of hand. (Not the tournament - the Castle ...)
The tournament came to total disgrace for the attending older Lords: Gaveston and his young Knights won easily against the older knights, who fought for the Earl of Surrey , Hereford and Arundel . This even led to the enmity of Lords ... just offended honor. No one had imagined himself to be interested in any acting arrogant young man who often pretended, only to gossip, could actually fight - and so the disgrace weighed twice as hard.

When Edward II in 1308 left little enthusiasm for the country to marry the 12 year old Isabella of France (everything else would have led to war with France, since the two have each other lange versprochen gewesen waren), setzte er Piers solange als Regenten ein – der totale Horror für die Lords, die davon ausgegangen waren, dass Edward ein Familienmitglied oder einen erfahrenen Adligen einsetzen würde.

Gaveston war ebenfalls sehr unbeliebt bei der neuen Königin, It pushed open the sour that her husband preferred his friend towards her. (Also somewhere understandable when one marries a Fluffy, is happy about it and then finds out that he forced marriage absolutely nothing of the will ...) gave
Gaveston behavior during the coronation festivities also back a lot of conversation. Instead of the usual "cloth of gold" be borne by the Earls, he appeared in royal purple and spent the evening chatting and joking with Edward, who ignored his bride, her brothers and their uncle about perfect. Certainly also understandable, considering the circumstances and the unwillingness with this marriage came about - but tactically rather less sparkling.
For many of the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that Piers won all the gold and all the jewelry that Edward was given as a wedding gift.
The fact that Piers was pretty, an excellent tournament fighter and very funny and imaginative in his choice of nickname for Edwards nobles, made everything worse.

His Lords forced Edward to banish Piers because of this "embarrassment" at the coronation. Instead, named Ned, as Piers him, called him to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland - brought in an office that Gaveston much power, honor and dignity. This he was the representative of the English king and head of the Irish executive. At the time, was Sir Roger Mortimer, first Earl of March, in Ireland. At this time the two were still good friends. In the summer of 1309 already had
Piers made a reputation as a prudent military administrator, the Dublin strengthened and secured the British rule there was. After some not very clean machinations Edwards in England, Piers left Ireland on 23 July 1309 and traveled to Tintagel to Stamford, where he arrived in late July to the Parliament.

After an unsuccessful campaign in Scotland in the years 1310-11 Edward finally forced to banish Piers again and forever. One even had to be blame for the mess. Why is a miserable battle spilled when Piers had on hand?

Piers went to Flanders, returned late in 1311 but returned secretly to England. Soon he was introduced publicly by Edward again what it against the hostility of the Lords but not protected. Thomas Plantagenet, second Earl of Lancaster, presented on an army against the king and Piers and attacked on 4 May 1312 at Newcastle, where there were the two of them. They fled by boat to Scarborough Castle and left gezwungenermaßen alles Geld und Soldaten zurück, was Lancaster sich sehr gerne unter den Nagel riss.

There he was held for 9 days until the Earl of Lancaster arrived. This then ruled: "While he lives, there will be no safe place in the realm of England."
is why he was on 19 Blacklow Hill in June 1312 after which the Earl of Lancaster was taken, and killed allegedly by two Welshmen who pierced him with a sword, according to tradition, as he lay dying in the grass, even beheaded. (. Here's to the monks to him sew his head back later) And even though Warwick said they would not off her head - you would not want to mess up his pretty face. There are several legends about this Incident - is also often reported, it was Warwick who gave him the fatal blow.

Edward in his unconscious and paralyzing sorrow caused Piers' body embalmed (now bekopft again) and kept him in his palace at Kings Langley, until the Church finally forced him to a ceremonial burial.
The Earl of Pembroke, who had sworn to protect piers, was deeply shocked by his death - he had even tried to organize an army to free him and approached with a request for information also to the University of Oxford. That was probably an act of desperation, because the university was not just for its military Strength and was known to help ensure no interest, or Piers de Valance.
Edwards II's first reaction to the murder was raging, raging anger, which later transformed into cold anger and hatred and a desire to destroy anyone who destroys Gaveston. 10 years later he avenged Piers' death in which he slew the Earl of Lancaster.

Twice a year, celebrated Edward II Piers' Memorial Day - once on 19 June, his death, and once on 18 July - most likely his birthday.

Here is a list of things that Piers was with him when he was killed:

♔ a large, framed in gold ruby with a value of £ 1000
♔ 3 large rubies in rings, an emerald and a diamond "of great value," all in an enamelled Silberbox
♔ two peridot, one in silver, a set in gold
♔ one Chalcedon, which he in his wallet had
♔ 1 large 'vessel' (container)
♔ 1 small 'vessel', "from the small vessel and a key hangs down, on a sterling cord."
(Source: http://edwardthesecond.blogspot.com/ )

the possessions Gaveston, Lancaster took them, were still "other various garments with the arms of the said Sir Piers, with the shoulders decorated and embroidered with pearls" und "a pair of gold-plated silver basins, with escutcheons with the arms of the said Sir Piers on them."

"I do not remember to have heard that one man so loved another. Jonathan cherished David, Achilles loved Patroclus. But we do not read that they were immoderate. Our King, however, was incapable of moderate favour, and on account of Piers was said to forget himself, and so Piers was accounted a sorcerer."
(Vita Edwardi Secundi)

Women Who Post On Wifelovers

Fasteloovend zesamme .... It Rosenmontag

As the music blared louder than if I had turned up here in the apartment until it stops and I was awakened by a thunderous "Good morning, sunshine." How fitting ....
Then, the misery was not a first end, the cats were staring wide-eyed into a musical carnival air to it and "Come, take the lasso raus" alternated with urkölschen classics, bring and nasty hits from.

What's going on here?

Now, after the train is heard only revelers and their thumping music. Lady has already understood it before, the whole hide and schlummerte schnell wieder selig auf der Heizung auf ihrem Handtuch vor sich hin.

Da der Papst an diesem Tag eine goldene, mit Moschus und Balsam gefüllte und diamantenbesetzte "Virtue Rose" consecrated, which was carried in a procession through the streets of Rome, called also Laetare Rose Sunday. This virtue has earned Rose "fighters for the faith" award, first "winner" was the 1096 Duke of Anjou, Fulk IV (also known as the brawler) - an ancestor of Henry II of England, Richard the Lionheart, John Lackland etc.

The Rose Sunday represented the middle of Lent, and let the memory of carnival to life again. Specially written Laetarelieder show this.
Since it was the middle of Lent, the Sunday was also very pragmatic, "the Lenten season", the color of the liturgical Vestments on this day was pink. Fasting could be interrupted for a day and it was cup-and feasted to their hearts content (certainly also among the priests).

Also on Rose Sunday was held the old pagan custom of driving out the winter. It was a straw man carried about connecting and burned - then our current Nubbel combustion based on Carnival Tuesday.

And all unkarnevalistisch our candle burns here, we have made Saturday night in a threesome finished.

Whether you celebrate or not - I wish you a nice day and aperture from the bawling out just now.

How Would You Make A Piano Themed Birthday Cake

Saint David's Day is

Hello, dear ones!
I had indeed written here already times, but bring out the info on the corresponding day again, can not hurt. ;)

Stained glass window in Jesus College Chapel, Oxford
, showing St David. Late 19th century.

In Wales today to celebrate the Saint David's Day . There is this holiday Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant and honors the patron saint of Wales, on 1 589 died in March.
In Cardiff there is now parades, concerts and the Really Welsh Food Festival , also there are parades in Colwyn Bay and is also celebrated in Swansea thick.

Aber wer wird da eigentlich gefeiert?
Saint David bzw.
According Rhygyfarch Sandde was probably his brother and king of a part of Ceredigion. They were both sons of King Ceredig, founder of Ceredigion (hence the name).
sprang a rape allegedly David and his mother Non (if that's the name, or only means that she was a nun, she well knows himself only), daughter of Lords Cynyr Caer Goch gave him during a raging storm on a cliff to the world. At this point today, the Chapel of St. Non .
David was trained in Whitland in Carmarthenshire of Saint Paulinus of Wales , of Saint Ailbe baptized and Llantwit Major (Welsh Llanilltud Fawr ) in the Vale of Glamorgan he became a pupil of Saint Illtud .
(As is often the knubbeln the Saints and are happy with him.)
He made his reputation as a teacher and preacher and founded the monastery settlements and churches in Wales, Cornwall and Brittany - all at a time when the neighboring tribal areas (the during the next hundred years, yet to be overrun by the Anglo-Saxons and Franks) should still largely heathen were.
David rose to the episcopate, faced two dioceses, and thus not too boring, pilgrimage He also to Jerusalem (where he was anointed bishop by the Patriarch) and Rome. The St. David's Cathedral is at the base of the monastery, in which he Glyn Rhosyn - was founded in the valley.

His monastic rules were pretty strict ..... The monks had to pull the plow themselves were allowed to drink only water, eat bread with salt and herbs and had to spend their evenings in prayer, reading and writing. They were allowed no personal possessions, to say "my book" was considered a misdemeanor. Wine was the poor guy there totally alien and they were allowed only a few fish kleiiiin. Mainly they eat actually of wild leek, since the also the national emblem of Wales.

would Perhaps David should take as an example of Fintan Cluan-Ednech , a Celtic saint who is celebrated on my birthday. Namely its monks had originally also strictly vegan live and grew their own vegetables. However, there arose a lot of grumbling, which made Fintan concerns and soon he was told in a dream that he would meet someone in the morning, which he would help them out of his confusion. The first person he met the next morning, while deaf, but could still talk to him. The man told him that this was indeed the right way for Fintan himself, but far for all others. He should also recognize that other people need a different lifestyle. From then on the monks went better and Fintan his strict diet only indulged themselves.
Well, David loved the simplicity and himself also lived a simple life. He was quite askethisch and preached to his followers to eat meat and drink beer. Its symbol is the way, the leek. At Saint David's Day leeks and daffodils the are symbols par excellence - the leek is also considered the Welsh icon with a boom in the month of March.

It is alleged that David was 100 years old. He died on a Tuesday, 1 March. Most likely, in 589th The Monastery should be "been full of angels as Christ received his soul."
His last words to his followers were sent in a sermon the previous Sunday. According Rhygyfarch it said: "Rejoice, and your faith and your belief Tut gain the little things that have you seen me do and where you heard I'm going to go the path that our fathers have gone before..."
"Do the little things in life" is now a well-known Welsh phrase ( Gwnewch y Pethau bychain mewn bywyd ) and is the inspiration for many.

David was buried in the St David's Cathedral and his coffin was a popular pilgrimage destination of the Middle Ages.

Can I Use Baby Orajel While Pregnant

A long, long, long, long winter

Long we have not already heard from us ...

Well actually exist indeed not much to say. Long and slowly fade pretty cold and hard GA1 units and strength training on a daily basis, that's it! ;-)

We currently train 16 to 22 hours per week and are really very satisfied with the training. As every year the winter takes a relatively long time now and we long for pleasant temperatures, short-short trips and of course after hard races!

Wake us up, when I march ends!

Call of the fairies

Come hither, O sweet child of one
Listen to our enchanting song
Come into the land of Pan
Succumb to us and dance along

Sing with us, o human child
Fall deep into our circle dance
Receive from us a kiss so mild
Cast to your world no single glance

Into the land of fairies glide
Leave all you used to know behind
To the Otherland now ride
Leave your world o so unkind

Come hither o sweet child of man
Listen to our enchanting song
Come into the land of Pan
Forget where you did once belong

Viral Growth On Uvula

slurry

A smile is never far away
Though it now seems miles to thee
Through the clouds there shines a ray
In near distance hums a bumblebee

Stretch out thy hand when feeling lost
A friend is reaching out for thee
Shake from thy wings the bitter frost
And start to sing aloud with glee

No tear of grief is cried in vain
Thou are heard by angels and by friends
Sunshine is bound to follow rain
Like a broken heart that mends

Now lift thy head and keep it high
Know that we all do dearly love thee
Spread thy wings up to the sky
And let shine thy splendid beauty

Billy Muscle Claudicatio

you smile again

See Fasteloovend.
inns decorated with guardhouse as Prince strongholds and just close the window because it was still a little fresh now that I see outside a van with the words "Martin Prince II" . Pass Fine. And they are
road again. Scantily-clad people in the most outrageous disguises. They saw you in town, the supermarket ... everywhere.
There it is again, time to be on top of all celebrated twice a year must. Once in the spring and then to 11.11. Which for me always and forever will be only St. Martin. The "fifth season", to which we must all find funny and from strangers guys with beer and liquor flags "bützen" lassen muss.
1492 erst erlaubte Papst Innozenz VIII. Milchprodukte in der Fastenzeit.

Für mich blasierten Snob ist Karneval Today, only an apology and a welcome excuse to drink unconscious, what, unfortunately, always more and more teenagers and even younger children to grab and stupid jokes wildzupinkeln plate, and a "partner" to search for the other. And in that time I really do not like the area here. Not a bit.

What I am doing injustice to those who conceive through the year lovingly Zugthemen to build cars and sewing costumes and where the whole really means something else - I know. And even those who are just happy to celebrate these days missed out with friends.
Unfortunately my picture but then dominated by the large mass and the Rose Monday would have me already a lot of money to pay for me to move to Cologne.
In this sense, eyes and go. On 9 March, it's over.

Happy Saint Valentine's Day!

Photo © by me. No use without permission.

believe how many are Americans so that Valentine did not. However, he is "amimäßig" has become overloaded as well as "Halloween".
is named the day - drum roll - after Saint Valentine (well something like that?), An early Christian martyr, whose memorial Pope Gelasius I set up in 496th Pope Paul VI. Although 1969 was the day out of the Roman calendar of saints deleted, but the religious commemoration is still allowed.
The day of lovers, he was promoted to Geoffrey Chaucer's times and is in his poem at the betrothal of Richard II of England was first mentioned in this context:
For this was on Seynt Volantynys day
Whan euery Bryd comyth there to chese his make.

Chaucer is perhaps the inventor of today's Valentine's Day, even though he is certainly not the 14th February has meant, but perhaps more the 2nd May, who was on a day of betrothal, and second the anniversary of Valentine of Genoa.
Since 15 Century there were in England the couple and the Valentine Ideal of courtly love was celebrated with them.
Shakespeare mentioned the day Hamlet and Ophelia can talk like this: To-morrow
is Saint Valentine's day,
All in the morning betimes, And I a maid at
your window,
To be your Valentine. Then he rose up
, and donn'd his clothes, And
dupp'd the chamber-door;
Let in the maid, that out a maid Never departed more
.

Hamlet, Act IV, Scene 5

Saint Brigid of Kildare
or Brigid of Ireland (also known as Brigit, Bridget, Bridgit, Bríd or Bride; Naomh Bríd in Irish) is next Saint Patrick and Saint Columba one of Ireland's patron saint.
your holiday is 1 February or Candlemas - as with the Goddess Bride - traditionally the first day of spring in Ireland.
According to tradition, Brigid was born around the year 451 in Faughart in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland. Her father was Dubhthach , the Chieftain of Leinster, of the old faith, clung to her mother Bocca, a Christian Piktin, which had by Patrick baptized. When Brigid was born out of her forehead, a powerful beam of light shot that illuminated the whole house - what would have naturally led to some talk in the village.
your father wanted to name it after the goddess Brigid (Bride). Perhaps, among other things because of this light beam for ... Bride is the Irishman as a flame of knowledge , that flame of knowledge.

Whether it was brought up already Christian or converted in the year 468, as stated in some reports, can not say exactly. The only certainty is that she was impressed by a very small of the sermons Saint Patricks and also their special abilities in healing and compassion were very early.
They say that they heal by laying on of hands and helped her blessing to the poor to improve their living situation. Her father was of course not particularly thrilled that she wanted to live a (Christian) religious life. there it is even have annoyed that she was so generous and could send no beggars. In his view, was a little too much of a good thing if it be his milk and meal to all the world and distributed. (Mag indeed be that she has exaggerated the largesse.) When they passed on even his jeweled sword to a leper, he thought that she should perhaps best be a nun. Unlike the girl could hardly afford. So they finally put her head through (behind this generosity may well have put quite calculation) and was sent to a convent.

Brigid received the veil from Saint Mel - is but is also an -Ban have been drui, which at that time was not uncommon - and took her vows. From then on, turn over their biographers with events and legends. A very cute, which is once again emphasizes the fiery aspect of the goddess Bride through their Begegnnung with the Bishop, who wanted to run before being incorporated into the monastery examine the accession talks and whether they are as suitable for the religious life. It was from the field, where they supplied the cows called in, and when she entered, she has been illuminated by a sunbeam, that it looked as if she had around a fiery halo around her head. When she took off her coat and hung up, said the Bishop, that he was hanging on a sunbeam. Thus, the admission interview was done ...
After she became a nun, she is said to have founded their first convent in Clara, County Offaly. Other start-ups were not long in coming. The best known is Kildare Abbey, which she founded in the year 470th It was a double monastery for both nuns and monks for the plains of Cill-Dara , the "church of the oak." Their cell was built under a large oak. (One of the sacred trees of the Druids.)
practiced as abbess of the monastery, they made a very great power and here again there are legends. So shall Saint Mel when they accidentally Äbtissinnenweihe the rite of episcopal ordination have read that can not be undone anymore. Whether or not it was because, Brigid and her successors were similar to the Synod of Kell in 1152 a management entirely to a bishop. I think it was in the old Celtic-Christian spirit perfectly normal to give women the higher orders.

Brigid was famous for their common sense and above all for its "holiness." It was considered too much like a saint during his lifetime. Kildare Abbey became one of the most prestigious monasteries in Ireland and was known throughout Christian Europe and famous. It is even often assumed that the Book of Kells was written here.

She died on 1 February 525 - to Imbolc - and was first buried on the high altar of her abbey church. But later her body after Downpatrick was taken, so she could rest on the side of the two other patron saints of Ireland.

in 2006, the eternal flame of the lit on the square in Kildare after a long time and burns since then.
